He said: “I am moving to Monaco after [the final race in] Abu Dhabi for the reasons you probably expect.
“It’s obviously something a lot of riders will do.
“And especially with the way the racing is – I think you’ve seen it with a lot of drivers, how quickly things can go downhill too.
Norris joined Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, Daniel Ricciardo, Charles Leclerc and Valtteri Bottas in the Principality.
And they all have incredible lifestyles that are the envy of sports stars around the world.
From sailing the Mediterranean Sea to cycling through the streets, these riders have it all.
LEWIS HAMILTON
The seven-time world champion, who has a reported net worth of around £300million, has homes all over the world.
But for much of the year, Hamilton snubs his London mansion, New York penthouse and Colorado ranch for a life in Monaco.
Although not much is known about the whereabouts of his property, he once shared a snap of his stunning view.
He captioned a photo on social media: “A place I call home, Monte Carlo. I am so blessed to live in such an amazing place. God is truly shining on me today.
“Sending you light and love on your day. On our way to Spa, let’s do it!!!”
He is believed to reside in the upscale neighborhood of Fontvieille.
In 2007, it was reported that he was interested in a 2,000 square foot four-bedroom duplex with views of the Mediterranean at Seaside Plaza in Fontvieille.
Speaking of the Mediterranean, Hamilton was seen doing some watersports while he was away from the tour.

MAX VERSTAPPEN
The man who controversially propelled Hamilton to the 2021 championship, Verstappen’s lifestyle at Monaco is more matched than that of his rival.
But that said, it is clear that he does not skimp either. The Dutch star is said to be renting a flat worth around £16million.
His home is believed to be in the same building as Felipe Massa and Daniel Ricciardo, who he once filmed getting drunk after a night out.
During the first lockdown, he gave us a glimpse of his home when he shared his workouts from his balcony which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.
It’s also where his girlfriend, Brazilian model Kelly Piquet, lives with him.
Verstappen is said to have a car collection in Monaco to die for and recently ordered the £2m Aston Martin Valkyrie.
And like his speedy nemesis Hamilton, he loves watersports – he’s often seen whizzing around on a Red Bull-sponsored jet-ski.

And he loves living in Monaco, as his Instagram reveals.
He drives a super fast McLaren 720S worth around £215,000.
And when he’s not on four wheels, he takes his scooter for a spin around the Monaco Grand Prix circuit.
From the Grand Prix, the Aussie revealed how the city changes when it’s race weekend.
“It looks like a real racetrack, and I don’t think ‘there’s a cafe where I eat’ or ‘there’s a street I ride a Vespa on’ or whatever,” he revealed. .
“You wake up in your own bed, walk around your apartment, then start the journey to work.”

CHARLES LECLERC
Leclerc was born and raised in Monaco, so he has absolutely no reason to leave.
He has a luxury apartment in which he lives with his gorgeous girlfriend Charlotte Sine.
Hilariously, when she was locked outside the house, Charlotte had to subscribe to her Twitch channel as he couldn’t hear her as he was playing a racing simulator and wearing headphones.
“So my girlfriend had to subscribe to my Twitch channel to tell me to open the door,” he later revealed on Twitter.
Leclerc has a group of friends with whom he likes to spend the summers.
They board his £1.5million yacht, Monza, and cruise around the Mediterranean.
And when he’s not at sea, he’s on the grass of the golf course working on his handicap.
