Monaco Royals: Princess Caroline unveils a bold new look
Princess Caroline officially turned gray, and the royal couldn’t be more chic.
Over the past year, the 64-year-old Princess of Hanover has slowly made the transition from brown to gray – and she has done it all in the classic ‘It’ girl style.
While the princess has been pictured with subtle gray and blonde undertones in her hair over the past few months, more recent photos show Caroline sporting an all-gray look.
Visited by her twin nephew and niece, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques of Monaco, the royal flowered her new hairstyle on a family outing to the Monaco International Dog Show.

The royal looked fresh and stylish in a simple white shirt, caramel pants and natural makeup – but there was no doubt about the drastic change in her hairstyle during last year’s Chanel fashion show. .
Attending the Chanel Haute Couture Spring / Summer show during Paris Fashion Week in January 2020, the royal was spotted with her signature brown locks, hairdryer-dried in a shoulder-length bob.

Still considered a reigning it girl in Europe, Caroline’s decision to kiss gray seems like one of her boldest decisions.
Since the 1970s, the royal has been stealing the spotlight on the red carpet and wowing crowds with her effortless French flair.
She rose to fame after her marriage in 1983 to Italian motorboat racer, socialite and businessman Stefano Casiraghi.
With the match looking like it was in high society heaven, Stefano was tragically killed in a car crash in 1990.
It was his second marriage, the first to Parisian banker Philippe Junot, which only lasted two years. It was widely reported that the union was not supported by many close to the princess, especially her mother, Princess Grace.

While some may have declared the royal unlucky in love, she made a happy union with Prince Ernst-August of Hanover in 1999, after years of rumors that their “friendship” may have been little more than that. .
