However, the president of the Automobile Club of Monaco rejected these rumours. He said 2022 will not be Monaco’s last appearance and the drivers will race at this circuit again next season. At the moment, the Formula 1 and Monaco GP authorities are working on a new contract and this one is only a few steps away from being finalized.
