The Riviera Monaco ‘An Elegant Class Above’ is complete
At the launch event on June 23, 2018, Winston Gale, Managing Director of The Riviera Group, touted his new venture saying, “Following the success of Riviera Wong Amat and Riviera Jomtien, Riviera Monaco has been created. to offer a new experience in luxury living and lifestyle. The name says it all, as buyers and investors will have the opportunity to have a similar experience in Monaco in the tropics of Thailand.
It doesn’t seem that long ago that the Na Jomtien Beach area had very few residences, either housing estates or condominiums, but today, that’s a different story. The completed Riviera Monaco sits at the center of all the other properties and is currently the tallest structure among the cluster of residential buildings on or near the beach.
The 40-story luxury condominium is built on eight rai of land and offers 412 units of varying sizes to suit everyone’s needs. The exceptional design and architecture of this unique, modern and sophisticated building ensures that almost all units have stunning sea views.
Even at the planning, development and construction stage, The Riviera Monaco has received many prestigious awards, some of which were “Best High Rise Condo Development (East Coast)”, “Best Condo Development” ( east coast) and the ‘Best Condo Interior Design’ (Eastern Seaboard) Award, to name but a few.
No other real estate developer has won the prestigious Best Condominium award five times in total, let alone in consecutive years.
The Riviera Group always offers stunning buildings with endless photographic pleasures to entertain and stimulate your senses and the Riviera Monaco will certainly not disappoint. With a completely different design to previous projects, the super strong black and white tones found throughout deliver a clean yet breathtaking design language.
The parking lot that greets you as you enter is unlike any other parking lot seen in Thailand, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. Meticulous details have been applied, polished objects and an avant-garde look provide an instant “wow” reaction before you even enter the building.
The entrance itself looks like a 5 star hotel but without the reception. We immediately feel that Monaco is different from other projects on the Riviera. Wherever you look, you can sense that the designs are uniquely Winston and Sukanya, who like to mix and match idiosyncratic objects and artwork to create elegant and inimitable decor.
Every corner you turn delivers another “wow” moment where your camera phone is constantly pulled out to get the best picture for your social media. It’s simply stunning, effortlessly smooth and timeless. The Riviera Monaco lacks the scale of the Riviera Jomtien, being about half the size, but makes up for it in many other ways. In fact, compared to all previous projects, Winston and Sukanya have raised the bar for finesse, elegance and class.
The facilities are so refined and exquisite that you almost don’t want to touch them or even take your eyes off them. The gym can only be described as sexy. The panoramic swimming pool has a distinctive intimate design and character and the club lounge on the ground floor is comparable to the best exclusive clubs in the best cities of the world.
The outdoor swimming pool is spacious complemented by an elegant landscape in black and white tones. You can spend all day and all night enjoying the atmosphere while looking at the moon and the stars.
“An Elegant Class Above” has come to an end and has now established itself as another magnificent Riviera landmark in Pattaya.
Although Winston and Sukanya would like to show off their new baby to the world with a celebration like no other, they have decided not to at this time given the current situation. So instead, The Riviera Monaco will hold smaller open house receptions to welcome its agents, buyers, friends and guests on March 18, 19 and 20 from 10am to 6pm.
